Widerrufsrecht

All donations made to Islamische Studentengemeinschaft Clausthal (ISC) are voluntary and, once successfully completed, are generally final and non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided simply because a donor changes their mind.

If a payment was made in error, duplicated, made without authorization, or an incorrect amount was entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Such cases will be reviewed individually.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or rights available through the applicable payment provider.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Any donation receipt issued for a refunded donation will be cancelled or corrected.
